About the Photographs
The photographs of deconstructed pears on my web site are the work of San Francisco based photographer Leigh Beisch, and are gratefully used here with her permission. One of the best food photographers in the United States, Leigh's award winning work has graced the pages of over a dozen books, health and shelter magazines, and Williams-Sonoma catalogs. Having studied painting and photography at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Art Institute of Chicago, Leigh has also developed a body of personal work including stunning landscapes and still-life studies.
